The SagePay Security Suite

SagePay recently made a few changes that allowed us to get some key information from your My SagePay area and store it in ENCart. You may now see whether or not the order was 3D-Secure Authenticated on your ENCart orders page in real-time. We also check to see if any 3rd Man results are available, adding them to the ENCart orders page as and when they become avaliable.

We've also written a report showing all the SagePay transactions that were un-successful, coupled with the customer's name, telephone number and the reason the transaction failed. This report is included free of charge in the suite.

Abandoned Basket Report

This report details every customer account (or lead) that wasn't converted into a sale. The report shows each item in the customers basket (including quantities and prices) as well as the customer's name, telephone number and e-mail address meaning that you can contact them to see if you can be of assistance.

Search Tracking Plugin

Make sure your customers find exactly what they're looking for.

This handy plugin will allow you to easily see what your customers are searching for and what products they're finding. Detailed information, such as the number of times a search term was used or a product displayed, the number of times a product was clicked and how many times a search lead to a conversion are only a click away.

Two reports will be added to the back end of ENCart that allow you to see either the most used search terms or the most displayed products. Clicking on any of the results of either report will display a detailed break-down showing which products a search displayed or which search terms found a certain product. Options on the side of every page will allow you to limit the searches to a specific range or split the search terms into individual words as you wish. This plugin will even work with ENCart's popular auto-suggest feature.

Automatic Address Finder

Stream-line your customers' account creation. This handy button will fill in the address fields and even the company name, all the customer needs to write is their postcode.

Each lookup can cost as little as 0.016p and is a great way to increase your conversion rate.
