Designed to streamline your warehouse packing and dispatching, the DISPATCH system for EnCart stores starts with an updated invoice/packing slip layout to packing slip with an integrated dispatch label. This includes the addition of a unique order barcode. The dispatch label can then be applied to the package and scanned at the warehouse/packing area, at this point you can also scan a recorded delivery barcode, this will then update the order as 'dispatched' in the ENCart store and at the same time will notify the customer that the goods are dispatched with any tracking numbers. The system also includes the protection of 'double dispatch', should you attempt to scan/dispatch an item already marked as 'dispatched' a warning will be shown. This is a multi user system and runs on Windows XP and requires a standard Barcode scanner.
