STOCK updater
Speed up and simplify your stock management and auditing with the STOCK updater. Built for ENCart this software is designed to run on WiFi based portable PCs and phones such as PDAs, Phones, Tablet PCs etc. With a barcode scanner attached this allows for super fast stock checking and updating of product stock level in real time. Simply scan the product barcode or enter your model number, you’ll then see the stock levels on the screen and have the option to update the quantities.
EMARKETER & CRM
Design for the marketing department, the EMARKETER & CRM system is an important application for all stages of retail and ecommerce. The emailer features allows for various emarketing mailing including automated trigger emails if a customer purchased a certain item, cross sell products can be dynamically added to an email layout to upsell to customers that purchased a specific item, plus much more. DISPATCH system
Designed to streamline your warehouse packing and dispatching, the DISPATCH system for EnCart stores starts with an updated invoice/packing slip layout to packing slip with an integrated dispatch label. This includes the addition of a unique order barcode. The dispatch label can then be applied to the package and scanned at the warehouse/packing area, at this point you can also scan a recorded delivery barcode, this will then update the order as 'dispatched' in the ENCart store and at the same time will notify the customer that the goods are dispatched with any tracking numbers. The system also includes the protection of 'double dispatch', should you attempt to scan/dispatch an item already marked as 'dispatched' a warning will be shown. This is a multi user system and runs on Windows XP and requires a standard Barcode scanner.
EPOS till
With a secure and direct link to your ENCart store, the EPOS till connects in 'real time' allowing for instant orders, stock and product information. EPOS 'in store' orders and reporting are all managed from one central point - your ENCart admin panel. The EPOS till is a multi user application with unlimited tills licences, simply running as a Windows based application and using barcode scanning, till receipts, Chip & Pins and till draw link, plus onscreen features such as cross selling information to assist the staff member with upsells.
