ENCart Dispatch System

Designed to streamline your warehouse packing and dispatching, the dispatch system for ENCart stores starts with an integrated packing slip/dispatch label which includes a unique order barcode. The dispatch label can then be applied to the package, scanned at the packing area, ready to pick the order. When you pick an item, dispatch system checks to see if the item is in the order; if it’s not, an error message appears. Once the picking is complete you can also scan a courier delivery barcode, this will then update the order as ‘dispatched’ in the ENCart store and at the same time will notify the customer that the goods are dispatched along with any tracking details.

How it works:

  1. Scan the barcode on your ENCart integrated packing label
  2. Checks the package has not already been dispatched, this is a common issue with manual goods dispatching and saves sending goods twice!
  3. Checks each product as its scanned, and if it’s not in the order an error will appear
  4. Automatically logs the order for dispatch with your chosen courier
  5. Instantly updates the ENCart order with ‘goods dispatched’ and emails the customer with dispatch information and tracking references. No need to update sent orders.
  6. Notifies the customer by email that their order has been dispatched, along with any tracking information.
  7. Ready for next order!

The dispatch system is a subscription based service, charged on a monthly basis with a one-off installation cost. Below are the costs and options currently available.
