What is ' Premium Support'? Xigen offers our existing website customers a 'Premium Support Service', this is not designed for general queries, it's designed to give you a premium service directly from a skilled designer/programmer to assist you with the following:
Call support for technical issues with your website or ecommerce store (Actinic or Dynamic Store)*

What does it cost?
Our 'Premium Support Service' is based on an hourly rate and charged in 15min blocks. The support blocks are pre-paid in bulk starting from 10hrs.
